  I had an outstanding experience with Planet Roof from start to finish. Tyler Oliver came out to my house and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He arranged for an inspector to come out quickly, and they worked with me to get an incredible deal on my $48,000 roof. The level of professionalism and transparency really stood out. They explained everything clearly and offered multiple warranties, which gave me a lot of confidence in the investment I was making. What impressed me the most was the efficiency—this was a 42-square roof, and their crew completed the entire job in just one day without cutting corners. The quality of work and attention to detail were top-notch. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Planet Roof to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofing company.

  My roof was as worn out as it could be with minor leaks here and there. I looked around to find a local roofer and called 3 for estimates. None showed up and then there was a knock at the door and Planet Roof came to my rescue. Jordyn was the knocker at the door and when I confused her with some questions of corporation, she sought out help from Kurtis her boss who came to the door and explained everything that Jordyn wasn't sure about. I felt comfortable enough to give Lee their salesman a chance to bid the job. He did an outstanding job of explaining why Planet Roof was an outstanding company that used high quality materials and workmanship that is gauranteed for 50 years. I signed an agreement and the scheduler gave me the following Monday as a start date. Monday morning came and the dumpster arrived. The driver put down heavy plywood where the steel tires would sit as to not damage my driveway. Soon a van with four workers arrived and I thought to myself "no way they are going to rip off the roof and replace it in one day." They worked hard throughout the day and finished the shingling by 5:30. During that time I got a call from Robert asking if everything and everyone showed up. He let me know what to expect throughout the day and who to look for as the day went on. Up pulled up Shane who co ordinates the work force and supplies. He made a wonderful suggestion that pushed my gutters up 4 inches and just under the shingle. The previous gutter system was hanging low and looked like it was on the verge of falling off the house. With Shanes suggestion it looks great. The gutter guys did arrive a bit late and I thought that there was no way they were going to finish before the sun set and they lost the light to finish. The guy said, "Two hours" and we will be done. Well he lied cause it took them 2 and 1/2 hours but he had about 1/2 hour of sunlight left to clean up and load his tools and equipment. Good Job Gutter guys! I am very happy with the results and I would highly recommend Planet Roof. In this review, I tried to mention everyone who I dealt with but the company had so many people checking in that I can't remember everyone. I do know that I won't have any problem refering Planet Roof to any of my family, friends or neighbors. Thank you Planet Roof and all your employees for taking the time to make sure my project was done right, on time as promised, with quality materials and a great follow up! Oh yeah, and financing my project for me.

  My roof is 3 stories up and I know little about roof repairs. Fortunately someone from Planet Roof left a flyer in my door seeing that I was missing quite a few shingles. I made the call and Brian Ledbetter came the next day. He put all my fears to rest by explaining the whole process , and he helped with getting me financing. It turned out I only had planks holding my roof together and old roof shingles. I now have plywood and Corning shingles and Planet Roofs special roof underlayment , which looks really durable and protective.. I also have a lifetime warranty. I dont cringe anymore when it rains /storms. Also Brian stayed in touch the whole time . And made sure I got exactly what I asked for. And the workers and Product Manager were professional and couldn't be nicer. It took 2 days . Everyone worked hard to put a new roof on. It was a lot of work. But it looks great and no leaks, or missing shingles for years to come. Would recommend the whole team .

  I've been waiting for so long to get a new roof. Many quotes, contractors and sales pitches and I was getting tired of the gimmicks. I saw Planet Roof around and decided to give them a call. I've heard that they can be expensive and was nervous, but after a thorough plan and several answered questions, there was only one option for us. Our sales agent/consultant Michael-Sean was extremely attentive to our concerns, patient with all my questions, and explained things in a way I could truly understand. From the initial estimate, to the materials, and the loan process he stayed with us until we were all on the same page. Thank you! When the day finally arrived, I was so excited to know that this install was finally happening. Project manager Ray called me to confirm, stayed in communication if we needed anything, and didn't add any materials until they had permission from us first. (Our roof had more wood damage then anticipated). His team showed up early, was courteous as I was getting my kids ready for school, and they were patient with the constant in and out of my busy family. Ray stayed in contact throughout the project to keep me up to date, and arrived at the end of the project for the final walk through. Cleanup was thourough, and left no trace or damage to the surrounding plants and property. Thank you!! This project has been an answered prayer and I couldn't be any more happier about the entire experience. Thank you Planet Roof!! My new roof is so beautiful! Thank the Lord!

  . Planet Roof was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. The team arrived early, communicated everything clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The crew was incredible—hardworking, respectful, and kind. They put in a full 13-hour day to complete the project, and their dedication truly stood out. Definitely genuine craftsman who were kind, hard working, humble and respectful. They never showed any bad attitude. Our project manager, Ray, went above and beyond. He consistently checked in, made sure we were comfortable, and took extra time to ensure everything was going well. He’s genuinely a great person to work with. Did awesome keeping up with our job site and even another one. Travis K, who handled our initial quote, was also excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We were especially impressed with how quickly everything moved; installation was scheduled within a week (or less) after financing approval. We also appreciate the flexibility to pay off the financing early and save on interest. Combined with the 50-year warranty, it gave us a lot of confidence in our decision. Overall, this has been a fantastic experience so far. Highly recommend!
