  Planet Roof did an excellent job on our full roof replacement and attic insulation project. Their team performed a very detailed inspection, explained their recommendations clearly, and the finished work looks professional and solid. There was a slight delay due to the recent snowstorm, but they communicated well and still delivered great results. Overall, very satisfied with the quality and professionalism.

  STAY AWAY!!! I feel like if I really write a detailed honest review that it will not even seem believable. I will try to keep this short. We were bombarded by two gentlemen who wasted over an hour of our time and we couldn't get them out of our house. They were more interested in upselling than just giving us an estimate. After more than an hour, we finally asked them to leave and still never got an estimate! I had to ask them several times to leave...we felt very threatened in our own home and there was definitely no reason to have two people come at different times. An estimate shouldn't take longer than 30 minutes!

  Lee Roberts was great to deal with. Gave me lots of detailed information that helped me make a decision. I want to say that Ray, who coordinated my roof replacement was great!! Was here first and stayed here supporting the installers until work was done. Consistently keeping me informed of progress. He made this stressful expensive process tolerable I thank him for his patience and tolerance.

  From the initial consultation with our sales specialist, Kyle, we knew we chose the right company to work on our home! Very pleased with roof replacement, siding repair and capping color changed around windows & doors. On site project managers, Cody, Ray and Adam were wonderful. They thoroughly communicated and saw the job was done to our satisfaction. The crews work ethic was impressive. Thanks to the behind the scenes office and production staff as well for a smooth process.

  In terms of the roof installation, Ray Watkins was a flexible, resourceful, supportive and efficient foreman for my roof replacement. Two of his star work team are Minor and Jairon. They worked very hard, and fast and provided a high quality end roof product. It’s important for me to share that the company showed itself to be exceptional by meeting my requests and going above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed in an exceptional way. They get an A+ for continuing to work on this project until it was a great example of a professional installation. Ray Watkins was extremely supportive throughout the process and available to me. I would be happy to speak with anyone about my experience and recommend their services. In terms of making my decision to choose Planet Roof, Bryan Ledbetter was an incredibly knowledgeable and helpful inspector who helped me understand the needs related to my roof project. When quality issues were a concern, he explained my need. When I thought I needed to spend money on a portion of the project, he gave an explanation as to why I could save money and not spend money where it wasn’t necessary. I like that they are a local company with local representatives.
