I recently had Planet Roof service my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their technician, Michael Strack, was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and walked me through the issues on my roof without any pressure. His professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out. It’s rare to find a company with this level of integrity and customer care. Planet Roof has definitely earned my trust, and I highly recommend Michael for anyone needing reliable roofing service.

Everything from beginning to end was absolutely fabulous!!! I needed a total roof replacement and I got what I paid for. The Sales Rep, Donnie, did a complete evaluation in my attic and outside the house attic as well and took pictures to show me the condition of my 20 year old roof. He showed how very knowledgeable he is regarding roofing evaluations and identified the issues. He was very professional and empathetic to our needs.
The crew that installed my new roof were fabulous!! They arrived at 7:15am and finished the job around 2:45pm or so. Michael, Sam, and Ray were all very focused on customer satisfaction in making sure the job was done perfectly.
I totally recommend Planet Roofing for all your roofing needs. My wife and I are totally satisfied on a job well and perfectly done!!!

I had a roof replaced. Initially, I would say they were overpriced, but they came close to a competitor's offer, and so I went with them. (I'm glad I had the competitor's offer as the salesman was a little higher pressure than I would have liked.) They did the job efficiently and in a timely manner, but after the first rain there was a leak, which made the whole process somewhat stressful. They came back and fixed the leak within a week, which was before it rained again, fortunately. I got a $250 giftogram for referring a neighbor who used them, which was nice. Overall, I would recommend them, but I can't give five stars unless it's done right the first time.

Update: we were refunded $750.
Our initial consultation on October 8th was for a siding estimate. The technicians encouraged us to book the projects that day, offering a discount to “fill scheduling gaps.” We ending up booking for a roof and siding project. We were told the total projects—would take approximately 2–3 days.
The roofing portion was scheduled for October 14th but delayed by one day due to “production.” It was completed on October 15th without issue.
However, the siding portion became extremely disorganized. Based on our consultation, we expected it to begin shortly after the roof was completed. Multiple attempts to get a start date were unsuccessful. About a week and a half later, we were told it would begin on October 28th, then notified late the night before that it was pushed to October 29th.
On October 29th, a two-man crew and Project Manager Keith arrived around 9 a.m. Midway through the day, both Keith and one of the crew men left, leaving one worker, Isaac, to continue alone until about 6:30 p.m. One side of the house was about 75% complete, and we were told the crew would return the next day to finish.
On October 30th, no one showed up. I spent the day (while working my full time job) attempting to reach the office, sales reps (Shannon and Michael Shawn), and Keith, but no one could explain the delay. We kept being told the crew was "on their way" the whole day. The issue was escalated to Tim, who advised he runs the business and admitted he didn’t know where the crew was or when they would return. I expressed my concerns about the unfinished siding and incoming storms the next couple of days. My concerns were minimized and brushed off, and we were told to follow up the next day if there was still no update.
On October 31st, I spent the morning trying to get in contact with Tim as no one had reached out to us with anymore information. Tim contacted us around 11 am to tell us the crew would be by 1pm and to reach out to him if they didn't show up. I reached out to Tim at 1:30pm as no one had showed up yet. At 2pm, the crew showed up with 3 men who advised me they would be finishing both sides. They finished one side, removed old siding from the other, but informed us the company did not order enough supplies for them to start the other side, but that one of the sales techs would at least drop off some wrap to finish wrapping the side of the house. This did happen and the head of the crew (Aaron) advised he and his men would be back as soon as the next day to finish, however when he contacted Tim, he was advised that the missing materials would not be available until Monday 11/3 and his crew was told to come back 11/4 to finish the job.
Monday afternoon on 11/3, no supplies had been dropped off yet . We reached out to Tim who advised their was another delay with production/supplies and our project would be delayed another day until Wednesday 11/5. The job was finally completed on 11/5 by Aaron and his crew who did an exceptional job on the work. Our complaint is not directed at them, as they explained that the scheduling issues were caused by the company.
This is all been discussed in length with Tim who admitted to all of these issues happening and advised he did not blame us for asking for some type of price reduction but he would need to speak to his boss Joel. Joel offered us a measly $350 off of the $11,000 siding project. (We also already paid around $15k for a roof already). We were told that since we received an initial discount for booking early, there was little room for further adjustments.
Unfortunately, this is not a satisfactory resolution, as the original discount is unrelated to the significant delays, miscommunication, and material errors we experienced.
I advised Tim we would like to give the company one more chance to rectify this situation and requested to speak with the owner Adam before we released any funds for the project. We have still not heard anything from Tim or the company other than the financing company asking us to release the funds for the project.
