  Abdul and Thomas were detailed and explained everything in such a way that after 9 years I understand how it works. They even allowed me to video. I feel confident in the work they performed.

  Paid 169.00 for two technicians to come out and say they can’t do anything for us (loosen a bolt) because the part store is closed and offered us no solutions or estimates on a new system. System was put in by this business originally but they somehow cannot help or fix our problem with our furnace. There is no number to call and find out solutions only a call center of people who don’t know anything about furnaces. Would give negative stars if able. Also soot was all over our freshly painted walls after they left our house.

  Had a issue with my furnace so I called to have a tech come out to see what it was… paid the fee just to be sold a sells pitch for a new one… never diagnosed a issue with it just that it was 18 years old and dirty that it needed replaced..maybe they don’t offer a cleaning service for furnaces but I’m pretty sure I heard there commercial on the radio for it.. tech kept looking on his phone for answers that you would think they should know.. woke up the next day to 15 degrees outside and no heat..called them the next day about a refund and she assured me that she would get the techs notes and call me back the same day.. No call back.. but the sells man reached out twice about a new furnace.. wouldn’t be so upset if the tech actually fingered it out why it stopped working ..just thought 180 bucks was a lot for nothing..

  Update: Called and requested a call from a manager twice now. Clearly that will not happen. Then I received a text that they were coming this evening between 6p-9p received at 4p. Then received a call that they are not actually coming tonight. One Hour Heating has zero care about customers especially elderly ones. Added an additional photo. Currently I have a unit that is not functioning that was installed by One Hour a few months ago. They have had 5 appointments of which they have only made it out 3 times, and have failed to fix the issue. My elderly Mother lives in the residence that the new system was installed. I requested manager call me and that has not happened. The temperatures have been in single digits, and system currently will not get over 63 degrees. Everyone is friendly, but that doesn’t keep us warm.
