So since I buy so much from Negleys I decided to test the water. I am amazed how clean. 60 ppm. Did not expect that. I bought a bottle water from store that had 235 ppm. Keep up the great work Negleys

Yesterday, they left two plastic bottles baking on my driveway in this extreme heat instead of placing them on the shaded porch—completely unacceptable. I called to return them due to safety concerns with the plastic and was told I had to keep them. I made it clear I wouldn’t be drinking or paying for them. Then the manager calls back, says they’ll come get them—and tells me to find another service. After years of loyalty, that level of disrespect is outrageous. That’s how you treat long-time customers?
