It is rare in this day an age to have A-Z amazing service, so when it happens I appreciate it. From the first phone call, the sales visit, interacting with the owner, communicating with the office staff, scheduling the job, getting permits, the removal of the old tank, install of the new tank, getting an oil delivery, a tune up service, to follow up when the job was completed. A-Z every interaction was great. It was a delight to have Superior and Patriot do the work. Everyone was professional, honest, fair, and did a good job. No excuses, No BS. I applaud everyone involved in the process. Job well done!!!

While I was away, I was notified that a $120 permit had already been processed in my name. I was not clearly informed that signing the estimate would authorize this. Please make sure you fully understand what you are signing.
