    The ladies in the office are always friendly and informative. Jake came out for an emergency call and he was so kind and explained everything.

    I don’t know who “Jake Ferraro” is. Never met him. I called Patriot Heating at 12:02 to request a technician. Our 1 week old Energy Kinetics boiler was malfunctioning- no house heat. The remote person Tina promised A tech between 2-4pm. No show, so I called at 4. A man answering remotely promised to call the tech and call me back. At 4:35, with no callback, I called Doug McCay. He said he would call a tech. At 4:41 Sebastian Hamilton called. He was in Brustol, PA and was prepping to come. At 5:08 Sebastian called he was on his way. He arrived about a half-hour later. Sebastian tried many tests. Finally he checked wiring on the digital control panel & found a loose wire. He tightened the screw and all operated well after. He was here about 45 minutes trying to trace down the problem. We are grateful to Sebastian for fixing our new boiler. We don’t know what happened to Jake Ferraro. We also thank Doug for his follow up.

    Jake was incredibly knowledgeable and kind from the moment he arrived. He diagnosed and fixed the issues with our heater with complete ease, and took the time to explain what was going on in a way we could understand. It’s rare to find someone who is both skilled and genuinely caring, but Jake is exactly that. We’re so grateful for his help highly recommend him and Patriot Heating!

    Extremely disappointed. I set up a maintenance appointment and asked to sign up for the maintenance membership... The first available appointment was nearly 3 weeks out. They told me they will sign me up at the appointment. My heater happened to have a problem this weekend - a week ahead of my appointment... And the 24/7 emergency team refused to come out because I hadn't already paid for my membership (which I offered to do when I made my appointment). Note - they didn't offer to come out and charge me more... They just refused to come at all. I wouldn't even have left a review... But their automated system keeps texting me and asking me if I was satisfied with my service and asking me for a review.
