  They were horrible. Mike came out. Ran a drone across my roof and said he could fix my roof leak. $13,500 later my roof continued to leak. They replaced the two small dormers because he said that's where it was leaking from. The very first rain, it continued to leak. Many phone calls later and two visits from "repairmen", still leaking. Then finally get a call from a supervisor and was told that they weren't repairing the roof. Only the dormers. Nice right?!! Don't trust them or use them. Especially do not trust the salesman "Mike Munz" as he introduced himself as.

  We were very impressed with the entire sales, planning and execution process. Andrew in Sales is very knowledgeable, helpful and credible. The project included replacing roof fascia and stucco and installing new fascia and vinyl siding. The workmanship was high quality. They cleaned up every day (3 week project) and cut no corners. They took pride in their work. The manager was Freddie and the team lead was Vadim.

  Highly recommend Munz!! My fiance and I requested a roof inspection due to a leaking bathroom ceiling. We immediately received a phone call to schedule an inspection the next day (Friday). Andrew O’Brien was right on time, extremely transparent about the work that would be needed, including the timing and pricing. Pricing was extremely reasonable and they even bumped it down when we mentioned we received a lower quote from another company. Mark was our project manager and also incredible. The roof replacement started on Tuesday 12/23 with the team working through some inclement weather. They had to stop work because of the moisture but came back the next morning (on Christmas Eve !!) to finish it up. Mark even came to check on the project to make sure everything was running smoothly. From the inspection to the replacement, the work was finished in 4 business days which was way quicker than we could have asked for. We are so pleased with the communication, transparency, timing, organization, quality of work, customer service, and overall experience!!

  Chase was great from the beginning. He met with us and took the time to thoroughly explain what we were getting into and the entire process. Marc, the project lead, was very communicative and addressed all of our concerns along the way. Oscar and his crew were amazing—despite freezing temperatures and snow on our old roof, they completed the job efficiently and professionally. Everything happened exactly as explained: the dumpster and supplies were delivered the day before, the crew arrived right on time, and the very next morning the dumpster was removed and our driveway was completely cleaned up. It was such a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

  My wife and I recently had a new roof put on our garage and new gutters put around the house. We are so happy we chose Munz. Freddy, the project manager was professional, knowledgeable, and eager to please. From the very start, he made sure the work and clean up were top-notch. From the strength of Freddy's work alone, we give Munz five stars. Connor, our sales representative, was knowledgeable and patient. Through the whole process we could tell that everyone at the company values customer satisfaction. At the end of the project, Laverne Hay the Quality Assurance Manager contacted us to make sure we were delighted with her company and if we had any other issues. In the future, when we decide to have siding put on the house, we will certainly call them. For now, we will be happy to recommend Munz to our family and friends in New Jersey and Pennsylvania!
