  We have used a Munz Roofing Company - Jim Rhubart Roofing .... I have used Jim not once but twice and had a great experience. However the 3rd time was far from a CHARM! I work from home and rescheduled my entire work day to be available for a smaller project they were doing to fix a mold issue that was not fixed with a new lower roof as Jim had expected. The morning of the job I got a voice note at 7:46am saying they they were canceling being the supplier never ordered the necessary soffits. To me this blew my mind that no one would work with the supplier on a Friday to make sure they were ready to go on a Monday morning ... but again just what i would have assumed. So now - my job got pushed back from Feb 12th and rescheduled for Feb 23rd. Obviously the job needed to be cancelled cause of the weather which i understand - but I am now at 3+ weeks since signing the quote - and told it was not their fault the supplier did not order the soffits. I was thus told my rescheduled date would be March 6th. Now at this point I expressed my aggravation and asked what is being done to help me out - being this project should have been completed and is just getting pushed an pushed at no fault of my own. I was told I was not being charged full price - but was never given any details and the PM kept calling me but I was working and had a hard time getting to talk on the phone. As a result all I got was a text that stated - "Good morning Brian, I do not think we are a good match and I am cancelling the job." I am baffled that my business was treated like a dating app - telling me I am not a good match and pretty much saying - take your business elsewhere. How is this good practice? I am truly amazed how a local business would treat its repeat business this way. I will make sure to NEVER recommend Jim Rhubart Roofing after this. Not a phone call from Jim - Not an email from Jim .... just a text message from a PM - literally breaking up with me.

  Munz Roofing was a class act all the way around. Even though I decided not use their services, I was very impressed with everyone I spoke to especially Steve. I ran into some problems with my solar company which prevented me from moving forward. They followed up many times and was very helpful throughout the process. Thank you Steve, I appreciate the help.

  I was having a hard time finding a good roofing company that would work with my budget and was serious about the material they use. I didn’t want cheap work done on my grandpas roof. They were able to put us on the schedule right away. When they came out. They had the job done quick and right. It looked very nice after the job was finished. They did a nice job even cleaning up the area.

  So I was shopping around for estimates because my roof was leaking and I came across Munz, the salesman Andrew was one of the best salesman ever, he came and showed me a whole presentation ok the roofing materials and explained the process step by step, Alex and Mark Haley were also great. I recommend this company for all your roofing issues. They were very professional and they cleaned up like they were never there. I highly recommend this company.

  Our experience with Munz was nothing short of 10 out of 10. From our first meeting to discuss the work we needed done to the final day of installation, everyone was professional and accommodating. Every question and concern was addressed quickly, and when we needed a color their supplier didn't carry, they kept working until they found it, so we wouldn't have to settle for something we didn't want. Everything turned out beautifully. Our first contact with Munz was with Mark Arsenich, who listened to our needs and was very helpful in bringing the project to fruition. The Project Manager, Mark Hawley, was very professional, communicative, and friendly. He was on-site every day that work was being done to ensure an excellent result. Thank you to everyone at Munz. It's a top-notch company!!!
