After having a generator installed by them a couple years ago, they were my first call when I experienced problems with my propane company. Lisa solved the problem right away and had her team respond the next day and install new propane tanks along with filling them up. Because of Lisa and her team, I do not have to worry about my family freezing due to running out of propane. I would highly recommend Harris for any heating, cooling, generator, or propane needs!!!

They have always been responsive, understanding, fair, and respectful. My hubby was laid off back in August. I called Harris and explained our situation. Denise was very understanding and helpful. We were able to defer payments and create a new budget plan that worked for us. I can't thank Denise and Harris Comfort enough for all their help and flexibility. It made all the difference during a very difficult time.

Also their installation team Tim Danner and Ty were outstanding as well as the electricians. Jamie was a big help with scheduling as well as explaining the app. and other functions. The office staff was very helpful in discussing financing and answering my initial questions. The technicians were punctual and highly skilled. They worked efficiently, kept me informed of their progress, and left my home spotless. A special thanks to Mike and George who went the extra mile and completed a great install.
