  Initial call placed last week, then told I had to have another person come. 1st Monday, the Tuesday and finally came Wednesday. Eric did a great job! Would suggest giving definite appointment times. I waited both Monday and Tuesday and no one came. They called at the end of their day Tuesday. When I told them I had been waiting since last week, they told me someone would be here Wednesday , and Eric did a very good job.

  Where do I start? I am on day 7 of a 2 day job, 7th day without a shower. This company does a bait and switch. They send out someone reliable that instills confidence: Scott. Great guy! Smart, dependable, damn good at his job. He quotes you and tells you with full confidence the job that will be done, how it will be done, and how long it will take. Love this dude. He isn't who they send out though. They send out the B-Squad, who despite being told my toilet leaking was because of my toilet, tore out my entire shower to fix my toilet. It took FIVE DAYS to FIX THE TOILET. We had to actually stop the man from leaving because my toilet immediately began leaking through my ceiling minutes after he "fixed it." When did it get fixed? After 5 days and complaints and Scott comes: now it's fixed. THE SHOWER IS STILL A GIANT HOLE IN MY WALL. Why is the job taking so long? They get paid by the hour, not by the job, because the crew just doesn't show up. They don't show up. We have had to have someone home during the week (that means PTO for the working class) and there have been 2 days the crew just DIDN'T COME. No calls! Just didn't come. Today is now a THIRD time they have not shown up. We call, saying excuse me when will the crew be here? "Oh, someone was supposed to call you....they had a guy call off noone will be out." That's 3 times as of today. Saturday they came out and finally fixed the toilet. They said a crew would be here Sunday to fix the shower at the LATEST worst case scenario, Monday. It is Monday. The crew didn't show up Sunday. The crew didn't show up Monday. We call, they aren't coming today. 7 days without our only bathroom. 7 days without our only shower. We have had to go to friends houses to shower. That's my review. Take it how you will.

  Matthew P was wonderful he showed up when they said he would be here. He knew what I needed done and was very professional and knowledgeable about it. He was very respectful, friendly and explained what needed to be done with the electrical work. I will definitely request him in the future when it arises. Thank you again Matthew and kiddos to you!

  I would not recommend Gillece Plumbing based on my recent experience. The service was disappointing, communication was awful, and the pricing did not feel justified. The entire process was frustrating and left me with very little confidence in the company’s professionalism and customer care. When you hire a plumbing company, you expect honesty, reliability, and quality work. Unfortunately, I did not receive that. If anything I felt the work was compromised, even sabotaged to try to back me into a corner and require me to pay even more. For example, the appointment was not even for our hot water heater, however our hot water heater coincidentally happened to break immediately after the technician left our home. The company was unable to send another technician after we the original technician was 7 hours late for the original appt and did not have the equipment to complete the job. We we were left without hot water for three days. We were then quoted twice as much as by Gillece in comparison to three alternative plumbing companies to have it replaced. Basically we paid Gillece to break our hot water heater. We paid $2K before we finally asked them to leave. The work we originally called them out for was quoted less than $1K. We chose another company to install our hot water heater and the were treated much better.

  I had a great experience. Ron came to my house to look at the electrical issue I was having, and even though it turned out to be something outside of the work he does, he was still extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain the situation clearly and gave me advice about other things that need attention around the house. I really appreciated his honesty and knowledge. It’s hard to find people that genuinely care and take the time to point you in the right direction. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and knowledgeable electrician.
