- SSsue seargeant4 days ago1.0Don’t call these people. They are scammers. Prices are ridiculous. Charged me $5000 more than estimate. Didn’t finish job. Didn’t wire electric water heater properly. Left a large hole in my wall. No inspection. Their plumber told me I needed a new water heater and tried to scam me into a new one for$3000. I called another plumber and found out that they didn’t wire it properly.

They even called this morning to confirm between 9-10 was still good. Well it’s 12:10pm and still no one has shown. I called and the excuse was tech issues this morning. Someone could have called to let me know. I would have been fine with it. Not a very good first impression. Not mentioning who I spoke with on all the calls because I am sure she is a nice person. So much for customer service.

- JJJust JennDec 30, 20255.0I live in 85 year old home that had many electrical issues that I was unaware of when purchasing this house 6 years ago. It all started at night when my breaker tripped and started smoking. I called Gillece and they came the very next day to remedy the problem. Upon evaluation there were many more electrical issues that were found that NEEDED immediate attention to prevent a possible electrical fire in the future. Needless to say I had a lot of electrical repairs completed. I am very happy with the service and repairs. I appreciate Bob W. with his vast knowledge, years of experience, and certainly his expertise in the electrical field to repair my home's circuitry. Bob W. has provided me with the reassurance that my home's circuitry no longer poses a fire hazard, and I can sleep peacefully knowing my child and I are safe. Thank you Bob W. For a job well done 😊
- CBClinton BennettDec 29, 20253.0Phase 1, Nick was great. Well informed and thorough. Would welcome him back in our home any time. Recommend a service and I agreed. Phase 2, despite Nick's great performance, they sent out the "jet team" who couldn't resolve the clog. Turns out that after signing my name about 10 times, I had agreed to pay them to "try" to fix the problem, not to fix it. I'm out an embarrassing amount of money for what is still a clogged drain. They recommend that I replace a bunch of plumbing and they'll come back out to try again. Instead, I bought a $35 snake and solved it myself. Phase 3. The office followed up to schedule a time to send Nick for a follow up. While I was anxious to speak with him again (he was great) I told the office that I had fixed the clog in the interim. They refunded my balance with no complaint. I'm less upset than I was, but still be aware that they are selling products and not solutions.
