  My grandmother recently had these scam artists come over because of a clogged pipe in her house they charged her $500 to tell her it’s gonna cost her $15000 to get fixed and they are gonna have to pretty much tear her house apart to do it l.She had another plumber come out today it was a hair clog and was fixed for $300. It’s absolutely disgusting to take advantage of someone who doesn’t know any better and you guys should be ashamed for it she deserves her money back and tried calling and cannot get ahold of anybody!!!

  After 2 cancellations my technician Jacob came to install the five outlet/lightswitch replacement deal. I only had an issue with my bedroom plug not responding to the light switch. Both plugs worked on the outlet before the technician came it just did not work with the plug. After replacement was done Jacob left. I went upstairs to check the outlet and only the top plug worked. He didn’t even check it before he left. I called to complain and he told the dispatcher that he informed me of the wiring issue which he did not. If he would have I would have told him to fix it. My mother was even here at the time and said he said no such thing. I don’t appreciate the dishonesty. The only thing that he said is that I would need to replace my electrical panel in the next couple of years. The dispatcher was supposed to call me again after speaking with him but I did not receive a call back. I will not be using Gillece again.

  First time I tried using their services and never again. How much do you think a garage disposable install would be when you have the machine and electric ready? $1700 is ridiculous and I was able to do it myself within an hour with a $30 kit after hearing the quote. Additionally I was told water pressure was high and found out otherwise with a store bought gage. The recommendation was to replace the PRV another $500 when it could have been just been adjusted for higher water pressure. I still paid for the travel fee which was not given upfront.

  Steve Thompson is the type of service technician that I always wanted. I am extremely pleased with him from the first hand shake to the last. He thoroughly explained what to expect from his service and what each step would be. He was perseverant to determine the cause of my sewer line problem. He didn’t stop until he discovered the cause of my sewer back up. He probably saved me thousands because he worked diligently to analyze the problem enough to eliminate an expensive back hoe job. And Steve not only a great and knowledgeable techniciana but a great person as well. We discussed his and my families and shared a wonderful conversation on a personal level. Gillece should be proud to have such a great representative for their company.

  Can you give 0 stars? Let’s start with not showing up to look at the work the first day causing us to wait around for hours with no response then being late two days later when rescheduled. Next watch their pricing…all we needed was a washer and dryer hooked up where water lines are already present and the electrical outlet is already in place. Then they tried to pressure my wife into signing the iPad on the spot and wouldn’t email the quote electronically. I’m not saying things cost money but these prices ($20k!) are insane and they waste your time.
