- AJAlishia Jahns1 day ago1.0They charged me thousands of dollars to replace the gas valve on my furnace. It didn't seem like the right price but they assured me that it was a very expensive part. I have children and animals and it was very cold so all I could do was agree. I needed it done as soon as possible. It never sounded right when they left and just a couple weeks later, my furnace stopped working again. They said that they could not come back out and check on the labor they just did without charging a brand new service fee. I had a different company come out instead... A bolt was put in incorrectly and ruined the motor. The new technician told me that for my make and model replacing the gas valve should have only been a couple hundred dollars.

Left water from furnace running on my basement floor to my drain on a newly epoxied floor. Forgot to turn back on breaker because they were called out to another job and left wires for my ac hanging in basement. Called twice with no call back after 8 hours. Called in morning to see when my job would be completed and no one showed or salesman call after it was tagged as emergency also. Would not recommend very high priced with bad customer service
