  It's a darn shame my elderly aunt spent over $20,000 for her roof and gutters and when the gutters start coming off they told her there was nothing they could do and they are not even a year old.

  Complete waste of time. Spent an hour getting the “salesman” treatment and when I finally show him the issue, his immediate response was “I need to do a whole home inspection.” Without even addressing the issue I called about first, he wanted to see what else as wrong with the house, what else can we charge to fix, what else can we make money on. I was completely taken back at how aggressively he wanted to point out “other” issues instead of the issue that I was concerned with. Don’t waste your time!

  Worst service ever! We paid these people to replace our siding for the house. They came to our home, sat in our kitchen and talked about how they stand behind their service and quality and blah blah blah. We fell for it. First they were delayed in starting. No one cake out to evaluate the project before it started so from the get go we had problems. They are definitely using 3rd party contractors who brought their kids to work with them. Once they supposedly “finished”, they dented the gutters, nailed the siding too tight which has created bubbles all over, many areas are crooked, materials have been left in the yard for the last 2 months, and there is debris everywhere - not to mention trash from the installers. We called them, and they said that the warranty people were supposed to come out now since the “installation” was finished. It didn’t matter what we said - the installation team washed their hands of it and pushed us to the warranty department. They are supposed to replace the gutter and fix the mistakes with the installation. They have told us they were going to schedule several times and nothing. Finally, we filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which generated a call to us within 2 hours. Their “warranty manager” texted and said they would be here last Wednesday. Nothing. By the end of the day they texted and said that they were held up, and would definitely be here today, Saturday. Not only did they not show but also never called or texted. I have called several times asking to speak to the sales person who sat in my Kitchen and made all of these promises and guess what? You can’t talk to the sales team - they will not connect you to them - or even the sales manager. The guy I spoke to in the office, PROMISED me that a manager would call back within 48 hours and of course no one ever did. That’s when we called the BBB. I am currently going through cancer treatment. I am here fighting for my life and the last thing I thought I would be doing right now is fighting a stupid company to fix the siding installation they botched. A company who claimed their service as well as customer service was top notch and guaranteed us that they take “good care of their customers”. It has become obvious to us that they have no intention of fixing ANYTHING. Our next step now is to call an attorney and try to sue them for the $30k we paid them to get our money back in the hope that we can hire someone who is actually competent to fix it. We have remodeled our entire house with MANY different companies in the last 5 years. This is the WORST COMPANY we have ever dealt with. BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE - They are liars!
