- APAshley PJul 3, 20201.0Called their company because we were recommended and the fact we live about 5 minutes from their shop. We had an emergency with our plumbing/well and because we aren’t a regular customer and “I got their number from yellowpages” they weren’t going to help. They wanted the name of who recommended them and got upset because they didn’t know that person. How can you get new customers if you won’t help a new customer?
