He insisted that it couldn't be done and insistes for me to purchase a facet along with a amother new sink. So today the drain remains slow exiting and clogged. The price that was paid was outrageous for the service that was supposed to be completed.

I’m now trying to set up an appointment for “Ben Franklin maintenance plan“ I purchased when I bought my hot water heater, but there’s no answering of the phones, at all. I tried every phone number. I waited on hold multiple times during a two day period. I finally made an appointment online and they never showed. I received a confirmation text and email saying that they would be there but they never showed. They were great a few months ago, but I don’t know what happened to them, hence my very BAD review. Beware!! You probably wouldn’t be able to get a hold of them anyway.

He spent considerable time diagnosing the issue, eventually tracing it to a faulty ignition sensor. He explained the repair clearly, sourced the part, and got our heat working again. It’s great to find a plumber like Nick who understands older heating systems! Very trustworthy and skilled!
