  Had a great experience! My original contractor didn’t even get me an estimate in 3 months. Switched to Galen and Nolt, got me an estimate in 24hrs, reasonable at that. They came out a week later and got started, whole garage was done in a little over a month! Super easy to contact, responds super quickly to email or text. 10/10 experience

  If you had a great experience with this company good for you. I understand companies get busy and things take time, I'm a very patient person. However, made an appointment for Galen to come out and look at my home for consultation April 7th at 3:30pm. When 4pm came I called and he admitted on the phone that he forgot and would still come out.. okay thats fine. Came out and talked with us wrote down everything we were looking for, took some pictures and said he would create some floor plans but could take a week or 2. Perfect. 3weeks go by before I call to get an update and left a voicemail and got no response until I got an email on May 5th saying he just started our floor plans and needed a little more info, little irritated but again I get it things are busy. I respond and then I get the floor plans on May 17th. I responded the same day shortly after receiving the email stating the floor plans were wrong. There were numerous things wrong with the plan that he wrote down while talking to us in our home and no estimate. So I responded and asked if he could update the floor plan with a few things different so it matched what we discussed and if he could also add in an estimate. He has yet to respond to that email from May 17th. Honestly this is just unprofessional in my opinion, if you want buisness you should probably be able to communicate and keep your customers updated on information. Again, I understand it is busy out there right now but be upfront about your lack of communication and skills then so I can look elsewhere or just tell me you're too busy for more projects I would've understood that better and respected it.

  Put an addition on for my family. It was absolutely amazing and done in no time at all. Very professional and awesome people. Definitely recommend them. Very Very happy with work they have done. 5 stars plus for sure. Thank you very much.

  It was an absolute pleasure working with Galen and his team over the past several months – from the original consult to the final walk through. They completed a FULL exterior renovation of our house and the final result far exceeded our expectations. The scope of work was massive…new siding, board/batten, 2x decks, stone work, stucco, doors, windows, sidewalk, front porch, porch roof, interior drywall repair/paint, updated flashing, and trenched PVC across front/rear of property to direct rainwater away from foundation. They went above and beyond and even uncovered/addressed issues that were not discussed on the contract. A few of our observations throughout the process: Consultation/Guidance - 5 stars: We did our research and had about an 80% solution on how we wanted the house to look. Galen provided numerous options on how to complete the last 20% and provided many options for the finishing touches. He does not push product or ideas; he will offer recommendations when asked and it is up to the homeowner to decide. His team has many years of experience - be sure to ask Galen his opinion and listen when he gives it. Our house looks undoubtedly better due to his recommendations. Responsiveness - 5 stars: We had numerous questions, ideas, and adjustments throughout the process. Galen and his team were more than happy to assist as needed. Galen made numerous trips to the project after hours to keep us updated along the way. Never had an issue with communication via phone or email. Pricing - 5 Stars: Galen’s prices are more than fair and competitive. Galen offered one of the best quotes and we ultimately chose to work with Galen because he was local, genuinely excited about the project, and new it would look great in the end. Timeline - 5 Stars: We contacted Galen in spring 2019 and told him we needed this project complete by the end of the summer. The timeline was aggressive, but he was not worried. We ran into a few delays with weather and some material availability, but Galen and his team had everything complete by the end of the summer. Communication - 4.5 Stars: There were some minor changes during the project due to a variety of reasons (weather, materials, schedules, on the spot adjustments, etc.). Most adjustments were communicated to us and some we noticed as the project progressed. All adjustments produced a better finished product once complete. Galen did a fine job of keeping us updated via phone/email when his team would be on site and the work they aimed to complete each week. Craftsmanship/Quality – 5 stars: An extremely talented family. The pictures only show a fraction of the work that was completed on this job. An amazing transformation that has to be seen in person… I highly recommend contacting this company during initial planning of any project – large or small. They will be the first company we call once we’re ready to tackle the next project.
