  Allen, Steven, and Trevor did a great job installing a new Trane HVAC system (Furnace and A/C) in my home. Communication prior to their arrival was thorough and accurate, they showed up exactly when they said they would and they did a great job keeping me updated throughout the installation. The crew finished the job in what I thought was a surprisingly fast time (about 7 hours, or so). They took the time to demonstrate the system to me and show me how to set up the smart wifi thermostat. They were professional and courteous throughout. Very impressed with these three young men - thanks for taking such good care of this critically important system for my home Allen, Steven, and Trevor.

  Our new home needed a humidifier installed, and after receiving several quotes we went with Denillo. The main reason being is that their technician actually told us why we needed the powered model because of our square footage. He explained the process and what was needed. We have a small utility room where the furnace is located and the water heater was in the way. We needed to have a tankless one put in, and they were patient with us while we got that scheduled, and then rescheduled due to Pittsburgh weather. The installers showed up a bit early which I didnt mind and completed the work and then walked us through the settings and how to clean the filter, etc. Overall a true 5 star experience.

  Jake came over to assess my system, explained what was what and recommended repair of some items. Had all the material available and fixed it straight away for me! Nice and professional and will call them back in the future.

  We woke up to our house temperature at 49 degrees and trending downward with the outside temperature at zero. We called Denillo and spoke to someone who sent someone out within two hours. He was helpful and kind, and able to help us get our heat back on! So grateful for Denillo Heating and would absolutely recommend to anyone!

  My Mom needed a new furnace put in her house. Do to the extreme cold temperatures I brought mom over to my house to stay warm until the install. I met the service Technicians, Markel, and Trevor for the installation of the new furnace. They were extremely knowledgeable, polite, professional, and efficient. Removal of the old and install of the new took about 3 hours. They made sure to clean up when they were finished. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend them. Shout out to Erik who initially made the service call. (Thank you, Erik, for your patience.) Very satisfied with Denillo and their staff.
