They've replaced a couple parts so far, and the unit is still freezing over. Came out again today, and was here for 5 minutes, and just came in and said nothing he can do. He then explained that it was frozen over and he would have to come back tomorrow after some prodding, because I wasn't happy with the answer of, "nothing I can do". And out of the three different guys they sent out, only one had any kind of decency or respect. The other two guys were completely disrespectful and rude. Idk, I just want my air conditioner to work. And I feel like it shouldn't take 10 times of them being out here to do that.
