    Trevor T and 3 other technicians from Denillo Heating and Cooling did a great job with the installation of our new Daikin high-efficiency furnace and A/C. All were cooperative, not hesitating to answer our questions and concerns. Fortunately, the weather cooperated as well, and the job was finished same day, within 7 hours' time. Cleanup was thorough, and were able to resume out normal activities in comfort. Now, all I have to do is learn to program the Daikin One-Touch digital thermostat!

    Condensing boiler shut itself down--five zones including hot water. After three days phoned Denillo and two good guys came the next morning. They checked intake and exhaust, all the boiler innards, the complex piping and shutoffs, the thermostats. They corrected some obscure malfunctions and persuaded the system to reset. I've used Denillo four times-- it costs more when they have to come back with parts but they don't try to upsell. And very important, they put protective covers on their work boots!

    Service Provided: Complete HVAC replacement (indoor furnace and outdoor AC) for my home, including a new high-efficiency Daikin Fit system, a smart thermostat, a new humidifier, and a media air cleaner Estimate Process: I had an outstanding experience with Denillo Heating & Cooling. During the estimate phase, Jason was in a league of his own—he provided the most clarity, detailed options, and honest guidance (specifically helping me appropriately size my new system and identifying that my previous AC unit was significantly oversized for my home) to help me make an informed decision based on my specific needs, budget, and schedule. He was highly responsive to every question I had. Jason also really appreciated my clean workspace, reassured me that the installation would be a breeze, and the installation team truly delivered on that promise. He went so far above and beyond that I’m convinced he wears a red cape! Between the unmatched Daikin warranty and the transparency provided, I felt completely confident in my choice. Thank you Jason! Installation Process: The installation was seamless. The crew—Allen (Lead), Roman, Steve, Carlos, and Brandon—worked quickly to remove and dispose of my old unit. What impressed me most was their consideration; once they knew we had a newborn in the house, they were incredibly respectful, giving us advanced notice before performing loud tasks like drilling or the initial system startup. During the walkthrough, the team was meticulous, answering all of my technical questions and quickly resolving any minor adjustments I pointed out. I feel fully equipped to operate this high-efficiency system. Office & Administrative A huge thank you to Sarah in the office for making the process seamless. She handled all of my paperwork, financial details, and rebate inquiries with immense knowledge, diligence, and perfect responsiveness. Her administrative support ensured that every step—from the initial estimate to the final payment—was handled smoothly and efficiently.

    I will not use this company again. The man was nice, but the company itself is terribly horribly expensive. When a company grows like this one did they overcharge. It’s better to go with a local small business which I will be doing going forward. They used to be a good company years ago, not anymore.

    Excellent experience with Jason and the team from Denillo. Jason took time to understand my set up and was able to provide four recommendations based on budget. In the end, we had all the information we needed to make an informed decision. The estimate for their high end system came in well under anything the other companies had to offer. The installation process was smooth and painless. Since they have multiple installation teams, I was able to schedule my install for the next week. We received a text with a 30-minute window on when they would show up. Team was prompt, efficient, and clean. New system was in and running within 7-8 hours. Would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC installations or maintenance. Thank you for a great experience!
