  If you need a new roof go to Impriano. There wasn’t one hiccup. The people are fantastic from the top down. And the workmanship is top shelf. So glad we went to Impriano.

  My appointment was scheduled two and a half weeks out because the rep was busy. I was told I needed to be there to show the rep inside where my roof was leaking. I requested to be seen in the afternoon. I was told that I would receive a call the morning of with a time and that I would be given an hour notice when the rep was on the way; neither of these things happened. On the morning of, I did not receive a call back when I contacted Melissa at the office but I left work early because I had already a scheduled off. I waited all afternoon in my house with the door open and I didn’t hear from anyone. I happened to go outside and found a business card stuck in the door. Kevin, from sales, service and repair of Impriano, had been there. I called Melissa who had Kevin contact me. Kevin claimed he knocked but left when he didn’t get an answer. He had no response when I asked why he didn’t call. Both Kevin and Melissa were dismissive and short with me during those calls; especially Kevin. Neither apologized or took any responsibility for the inconvenience they caused. Two days later, and I am still waiting on the replacement estimate that Kevin stated that he would provide based off pictures he took while he was there. The only thing that I can say is that I am glad that they showed their rudeness and unprofessionalism before I did any actual business with them.

  I learned that I had a hole in my roof! So I called my go-to roofing company, Impriano. They came out and gave me a reasonable estimate and were out within a week to repair it. All the contact employees were pleasant and responsive. I plan to use Impriano for a new roof when the time comes.

  Another great experience with Impriano. They’ve helped us with roof inspections, roof repair, flashing, gutter guards and downspout repair. We recently had an old, long downspout fail and Kevin from Impriano came over quickly to take a look at the problem so we could correct it. Then Greg came over a couple of weeks later, as promised and did a nice job of replacing it. Thanks!
