After a few bad experiences with less-than-competent companies, I did some research and found the positive customer reviews for Crooked Ladder. I'd already seen some of the outstanding work they've done locally and I was impressed, so I gave them a call. I got a call back the same day - Andy and Kevin came and inspected my leaking roof and showed me narrated video of what they found. I was also given a detailed plan of attack for solving the issue. I was impressed again. Despite having to work around the wet weather, the heat, and their busy schedule, the Crooked Ladder crew showed up in a reasonable amount of time and went immediately to work as a team. They pinpointed the problems, repaired them, and cleaned the area, all in an hour! These men are fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional - I was impressed yet again! Crooked Ladder is a company I can trust to handle both the small jobs and the large, show up and do what needs to be done, and charge a fair price, as well. I've got more roofing work to be done, and now I know where to call. Highest recommendation!
