  I have been doing business with them for many years on regular maintenance for my generac generator and they have always been very consistent, accommodating and professional. I know I can trust their work to be done right. They communicate well and respond timely. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

  We had a serious sparking problem in our circuit box when we were new to Berks County. We called many electrical places looking for help. Keeler was only one to call back to make an appointment! In fact, Mr Keeler showed up later that day! His knowledge led him to know that our problem was a potential fire hazzard and needed immediate attention! Indeed there were burn marks inside the box! He fixed it all! Months later we had a Generac whole house generator installed with the same attention to detail. Years later, most recently, during kitchen reno his workers removed old fixtures and installed new. All work was skillfully completed; no mess or trash left behind. We have been thoroughly satisfied with all the projects Keeler Electric has completed in our home!

  Keeler Electric set up a date for lighting and wiring repair for a date mid Dec. 2025. They called, cancelled and reset an all day appointment for Jan. 8th 2026. I felt they needed assurance that I would pay the bill so I sent them a credit card number for the deposit and they penalized me $18.00 for promptly paying with a card. I received no written or e-mailed change of the arrival date. The $1700.00+ work was done by noon. The workmen ate lunch in their truck from 12:00 to 1:pm and left. I got no refund for time allocated and not spent. I asked for more detail in billing and did not get a response as I try to keep an accutate repair record of where and what was repaired or replaced for the farm. I feel the cost was too high for 4 hours work. The lack of detail of replacement wire, fixtures and cost per hour for the service on the bill was not what I expected. The service/repair persons generally pointed to 20 to 30 feet of wire replaced, a new juntion box new LED ceiling lights as well as motion lights on the outside of the barn. The work done did not seem equal to the original estimate, or the time spent.

  Great service by all members of the Keeler team from the office staff to the super knowledgeable technicians. I was kept informed all throughout the generator installation process by the project supervisor.Happy they are coming back to do additional work on issues I noticed with the house wiring and other electrical upgrades.

  We have used them several times for electric repairs, upgrades and generator installation and maintenance. The work was always done very well, reasonably quick, and reasonably priced.
