- RLRobert Laschon4 days ago4.0I wish I could leave a 5 star review. The reason we chose this company is because Ryman was very convincing and thorough. On the other hand, they were extremely slow on installation, it took a full week to install a picture window and a sliding door… from Monday to Friday. This delayed our kitchen project and that was a big deal. We couldn’t use the sink or dishwasher, because they couldn’t be installed. The quality of the window and door is very good so far, only time will tell. But the quality of the installation work is questionable. The contractor they hire was slow and not too communicative, they did sloppy work, especially on sheetrock install, I provided them with my own sheetrock screws just to make sure they’ll use them, and they still used nails to install the sheetrock in place... Very disappointed. I had to remove the sheetrock and reinstall it myself… They also skipped one day and didn’t notify us, even they had our contact information available, saying that it was raining and that would be the reason they took a break, delaying the whole project with a day… they could work inside if they wanted to, there was plenty of work to do. Plus, it was not raining all throughout whole day. Overall, I would not recommend this company, unless they work with a more reliable and better installer.
