- MMMadam M.Feb 18, 20202.0We contracted this company via Great Day Improvements Salesman had a great pitch but in the end the product didn't live up to his words. the "guarantee" he gave me was nothing but false advertising. And in the end we wasted over 10,000$ for basically a lie. Additionally their design for screens is not practical for anyone living higher than the first floor. Furthermore this company left it to the customer to call and schedule the installation after paying over half of the amount of the entire job even after they said in their email that they would be in contact. In conclusion, don't fall for the sales pitch. I will not be recommending this company to anyone in the future. Edit and addition: 2 / 27 / 2020 I am disappointed that it took me making a public review to bring attention to any negative thoughts or regrets as I completed the customer survey that was sent via email with this same information and it went unheard. These "numerous" attempts to contact me have comprised of a single voicemail to my cellphone during a time when I would not be available and a call to my mother who does not live with me. I stand by my review and my disappointment in the services rendered at my home. I do not expect anything to be done with my concerns simply that others can learn from my mistakes.

We scheduled the appointment for 6:00 PM on a week night. Got a text 15 minutes before the appointment from the salesperson scheduled to stop by and said he couldn’t make it. No asking to reschedule, but instead just typed the prices of each item into the text. What if we wanted to see other options? Colors? Materials? Guess we can’t. Just got a text today and the salesperson said he could stop by during the week at 11:00 am. My husband and I both have jobs. I told him not to bother. We’ll find another company that wants our business. Thanks!
