They made the process easy and affordable and had everything done ahead of schedule! I love this room and can now use it year round!!
- ACAngelo CespedesNov 5, 20255.0I will NOT recommend at ALL!!! I had a designer consultant come to my house on 10/31/25 and waste two hours of my time. It was agreed he was going to email me with all the pertaining estimate information and still up to today i have NOT heard back. Even worse, i called two days ago and spoke to a lady at the local retailer office and expressed my concern, and she advised was going to have the regional sales manager call me back and today 11/5/25 i have not heard back. They need to know that first impression it what matters!!! POOR POOR POOR experience!!!! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE on my review: This is what I call a person who knows how to handle business. Regional sales manager Tom Edger called me and truly apologized. Tom was very professional and detailed oriented about all the process I needed to get my work done. We are now in the final steps of compiling and hopefully completing the project. Tom really flipped my experience and to better show me how really customers should be treated, the same day we spoke he sent over his crew lead (Jordan Bluestone), who is a phenomenal young fella that showed me he is willing to work hand to hand to help this experience get the best end results.

Our design consultant George LaMond went above and beyond to work with our public insurance adjuster to help get our claim approved for a replacement of our sunroom. Also want to give a big thumbs up to our lead installer Piotr Marczak and his crew Walt,Scott and Alex for their excellent service and quality in tearing down the damaged room and constructing the new one. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship and helpfulness in answering any questions we had was excellent. Also big thanks to Joan Vernot at the Philadelphia office for her help in coordinating the installation around our homeowners insurance requirements.

The construction was so quick and well done! And every person we worked with was kind and informative. The final result was more than I could have ever dreamed of. I could not recommend Patio Enclosures any more highly!
- NRnick rizzoOct 23, 20251.0Zero stars if I could. Nothing but trouble once we signed the dottled line. Signed July 2024 and was told 3-4 months for completion. After 2 months we tried to cancel since ALL that was done so far was preliminary measurements but it was a $10,000 fee to cancel. It wasnt until 8 months in March that ground was broken. Finished in June. Inspections and final electrical hook up weren't done until September. The patio has 12g wire inside and their electricians used 14g from the box robbing me of those 5 extra amps should I ever need them. Decent patio but nowhere near close to worth the price. Drainage is ugly too. Horrible customer service the entire way. Contacting this place is one of my biggest regrets.
