    I need a propane line resized in fairly quickly due to some new construction we were doing and everyone was at least a month out before they could even come look at it. I called Hazel on a Thursday and they were there on Monday, took a look at what I wanted to do, made some recommendations, and that SAME day they did ALL the work, cleaned everything up, and fixed previous work from the last folks that came out, all at a very fair price. 5 stars, highly recommend!

    My water heater stopped working last month and Joseph C Hazel had it replaced within a few days of my first call. Everyone I interacted with from their organization was friendly and professional, from the individuals who did the work at my house to those working in the office. I dropped off my deposit and final payment in person to save time since their office is nearby. The first gentleman who came to identify the issue and provide a quote was able to make a temporary fix to buy us a few days with some hot water, which made all the difference! I will definitely do business with Joseph C. Hazel again and would recommend giving them a call if you need HVAC or plumbing services.

    Vernon has been to my home several times for various tasks (toilet replacement, sink faucet replacement, garbage disposal replacement, etc.). Each time, the work was done well, in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable price.

    The Team at Joseph C Hazel’s installed our Ductless Heat Pump System and did a fabulous job! The job was completed in a very efficient and timely manner. The staff is friendly and prompt, and the arrival times were well estimated. Follow up yearly service was also a breeze. We could not be happier with the process, the product, and their service!
