- DSDylan StroudFeb 11, 20261.0DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I moved in to one of their apartments in December of 2024. Immediately there were problems. The ceilings in the living room and master bedroom has massive cracks in them, every single window in there has 2 in gaps between the pane and the frame, and the carpet had multiple stains. I told them all of the issues within the first week and nothing was done about it. Over the next year, I told them about my problems and each and every time they lied to my face saying that they were gonna send someone out to look at them. No one ever came. It took me writing up an email and sending all of the proof of their negligence for them to finally tell me that they’ll “actually” send someone out to look them. Over this past winter, my electric bill has doubled and I still can’t keep the apartment warm. Very shady people and very unprofessional. Classic example of the term “slumlord”
