- MKMichele KochDec 27, 20221.0I called Wilts Septic 12/21/22 for them to empty my elderly, disabled mother's septic. They were sending their guy to find the septic cap. I explained that my mother was unable to go outside due to being in a wheelchair. They had me mark the yard where about the septic cap should be. Their guy NM never showed up. He calls my mother Christmas Eve and tells her he likely won't make it until Monday or Tuesday after Christmas. Then NM proceeds to tell my mother she can go outside and make snow angels in the snow until he gets there. Who says something like that?? Needless to say, Wilts Septic will not receive any further business from our family.
