Here is what happened...I scheduled with Wertz septic on December 2020 to have my septic pumped out. In March 2021 they called to confirm we were still on for 5/7/2021. On this day They never showed and when I called they gave me a lame excuse. Mind you this is a Friday late afternoon. My husband and I were leaving for vacation that Monday and would not be back for a week. WERTZ DID NOT CARE. I felt they were saying so what. I have a 2' x 2'x 2' hole in my yard for someone to trip in, but who cares right. WILT'S CARES. I called Wilt's and they came out within 2 hours (off schedule) and pumped my tank so we could fill in the hole before we left so no one would get hurt. I BIG, BIG, BIG THANK YOU for caring Wilt's.
