- SSsolarjinxJan 30, 20255.0I realized I had an issue with my water heater and called Schultz at 9am. The technician was at my house by noon. He left to go get the brand new one and was back in an hour and finished the entire job by 4pm. I'm very impressed with the speed of service this company provided. The price of the tank/installation was very reasonable, and the technician was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this business.

I've personally dealt with several of their service techs, and they are consistently extremely friendly, thorough, and more than happy to explain what they are doing while they are doing it. They don't just put a band aid on the problem and cross their fingers. They make sure things are properly repaired before they leave. This sometimes takes some time, but that's okay because their prices are more than reasonable. In the several years I've been dealing with them, I've had to stray to other companies twice due to availability issues. I regretted it both times...should have just waited instead of wasting money on inferior service companies that I won't name. I really can't say enough about these guys!
