- ZLZ LJan 4, 20261.0I agreed to get a free quote, when the guy came to my door last week. Scheduled a guy to come today Sunday 1/4/26. The guy assured me that they won’t be calling me at all besides for the one time the day before to confirm. Lo and behold I got multiple calls and texts from them, first to try to reschedule me for an earlier date, second, I don’t even know since it was a bad time for me to talk and i told the lady that it was a bad time since I was in the middle of something but she had so much disrespect and continued with her questions, saying this will be quick (I picked up because I thought she was calling to confirm which shouldn’t take more then a few seconds, and that was ok). She wanted to know if we just wanted the roof inspected even though I had already told them I want the whole exterior done as well. Then she went on rambling about something of not having sports games or something, I interrupted her again saying it was a bad time for me to talk, we have nothing else scheduled for that time so we’ll be home, I’ll see their guy on Sunday and hung up. In the meantime I continued getting text messages from them letting me know of my upcoming appointment at 10. But I had scheduled it at 12 not at 10 so not sure what that was about. Then finally this morning, the day the guy was supposed to come, I get a call that they have to cancel due to not having a guy being able to come out or something idk and if they ever do get someone they’ll call me to reschedule, makes no sense. Anyways, they lost a potential customer before they even started.

They said we picked the color and signed the contract. The workers also left debris from the job everywhere. They also stomped on flowers in my flower bed. We were very disappointed in the color of the roof and the entire experience. We would not recommend this company.
