I hope that he is your top guy and the hrs he puts in and like a non replaceable person. They broke the mold when he was born:) Not to many guyes would give that many hrs all the time:) He also help us understand that once he puts in a work order and knows nothing after that only when the parts come in and are shiped to the main office. That's where I was having a melt down? No heat since Sunday the 1st 2am. till today Tuesday 4:00 ish? nice and warm yeah!!! Not even sure if in the future the place where you order parts could talk to you more to at least know when the parts would be delivered? My husband and I are very very happy! Thanks Ron B.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
