The owner is always responsive and all staff have been extraordinarily competent, friendly and very careful to leave my home as clean as when they came for service. Most recently I had a new furnace installed and need to give recognition to Cory and CJ who came the day after New Years and spent hours on installation and clean-up. Their workmanship was extraordinary. I highly recommend Titan for their excellent service.

Quarters were cramped, the outside temperature was below freezing, but C J and Anthony worked efficiently with smiles on their faces. We have worked with Titan for many years and wouldn’t think of going elsewhere. Eric and his associates are responsive, service oriented, and provide a high quality product.

The owner of Titan went out of his way to get me a price on a Sunday and then his team got me back up and running the next day with a new unit before the cold snap forecasted later in the week. This is my second time using Titan and I gladly recommend them to all my friends in the area. Their pricing is fair and their work done quickly and professionally.

Richard also took the time to educate me, the homeowner about the difference between a Trane air cleaner vs a Honeywell ionizer air cleaner. He was thorough and explained everything that he did, including which air filter type to purchase for the Honeywell. Very pleased with his attention to detail and focus to complete the inspection and annual maintenance of the furnaces and semi annual cleaning of the air cleaners. Thank you Richard.
