- MNMelissa NapoletanoFeb 9, 20261.0I wish I could give this place a less then 1 star. The women who answer the phone is an awful, miserable person. She is nasty cuts you off when you are speaking and has zero communication skill . I ordered online in error and completely my fault I think i hit front of house for pump. They arrive Saturday she calls me said he is there pump isn't in front. I apologize and tell her I am new to oil heat and the pump is actually on the side I didn't realize I did that.. She continuously says YOU PUT FRONT YOU PUT FRONT .. i said again sorry i meant side SHE SAYS YOU PUT FRONT CALL BACK LATER... DOESNT DELIVER THEN CHARGES ME $577 FOR THE FUEL THAT SHE DIDNT DELIVERY! They are AWFUL!
