    We wanted to leave Wisser even though we had them for over 25 years, reason being is that they are no longer the private family company which we prefer. Now part of a much larger corporation that could care less about their customers. Refused to refund any of our money that we paid in monthly, 786.00!!! We have continued deliveries to use up this balance, now that we are down to 96.00 they refuse to deliver unless we get 100 gallons at 350.00 !!! Refusing to deliver and not refunding my 96.00 is STEALING! THE WISSER FAMILY COMPANY THAT WE KNEW WOULD NEVER DO THIS!!!. We are already contracted with a personally owned company out of Coplay and have been paying into to a monthly budget . Super friendly and personal service! Time to move on, what ashame what has happened to this company!!!! I will gladly delete this review if my money is refunded which you should rightfully do as it is not your money it is mine! I will not spend 350.00 to use 96.00 of my money that was paid to you for a service!!!!!

    We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Wisser Coal & Fuel Oil. The work was performed flawlessly with the technicians observing Covid-19 precautions and operating in a professional manner. The new system is more efficient and quieter than the old system. The techs used drop cloths to avoid soiling carpet and did a terrific cleanup during and after installation. I wholeheartedly recommend Wisser Coal & Oil if you need to update your HVAC system.

    They never give me a hard time on the phone, they have trained professionals around the clock 24/7 ,they act on a urgent manner if you ever need them for a emergency, sticking with these guys for a while.
