  I wish I could give this place a less then 1 star. The women who answer the phone is an awful, miserable person. She is nasty cuts you off when you are speaking and has zero communication skill . I ordered online in error and completely my fault I think i hit front of house for pump. They arrive Saturday she calls me said he is there pump isn't in front. I apologize and tell her I am new to oil heat and the pump is actually on the side I didn't realize I did that.. She continuously says YOU PUT FRONT YOU PUT FRONT .. i said again sorry i meant side SHE SAYS YOU PUT FRONT CALL BACK LATER... DOESNT DELIVER THEN CHARGES ME $577 FOR THE FUEL THAT SHE DIDNT DELIVERY! They are AWFUL!

  Used Wisser Oil for the removal of my old oil tank and instation of a new one. The team that came to my home were great. They set up a temporary oil tank so that I didn't lose heat and hot water during the process as it was very cold outside and I appreciated that. The team were great and I would recommend Wisser to anyone looking to install a new oil tank or have oil delivered. Meghan was great during the process as well as everything was communicated through her.

  Driver came to my house, didn't knock on the door, and left without delivering oil. When I called to ask about why the driver didn't deliver oil I was told that I could have my delivery rescheduled for three days from now. Absolutely unprofessional
