I live 10 minutes from their office with broken AC in the middle of summer. i called contractors they suggested and there is a 2 week waiting list... the contractors insist on diagnosing the problem themselves. Can't blame them, but this doesn't help me at all as the homeowner who owns their product. I will never buy a Trane product and will tell everyone I know not to use Trane products. I'm a knowledgable homeowner with enough background to diagnose basic HVAC problems. I will order the replacement part online and the next one wont be a Trane.
