  I had a clogged drain in my kitchen, which was further down line in the system. The tech arrived as scheduled, and he was a terrific young man. Unfortunately, he didn't have the proper equipment to snake out the line, and had to call into the office to let them know. I heard his entire conversation with his dispatcher, and she told him that nobody else was available that day to take care of it. She said that another tech would come the following day between 8-10 am. Nobody got in touch with me by 945, so I called them to be advised that no appointment had been scheduled for me. I spoke with the manager, and she was very accommodating, and got another guy to come out around 1130am. He was great, and got the job done within 30 minutes. My sole complaint with the company falls upon having techs making house calls without being properly equipped to do the job. It's a good thing that I called back today, because I would have been stuck with a clogged system for another day.

  I called Roto Rooter last night and they were able to send someone out today..the technicians name was Carlos and he did a great job.He was very professional and got it cleared out quickly.. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and to ask for Carlos..

  The plumber opened up the main water valve to the house, then he decided to leave my house. Before opening the valve and leaving the house he knew their was a leak in the house most likely do to a frozen pipe. Anyway, the pipe unfroze and water went everywhere in the house. Luckily one of my tenants was there and turned off the water before the huge amount of damage occurred. Just Kind of a rookie move by the plumber.
