  The entire process was great! They came into my home to repair after water damage and the walls being cut out. I was so impressed with the way they all treated the space and the interactions we had. They prepped the area beyond my expectations and covered all my personal items. They made sure it was done correctly and finding an issue left by the remediation company. They notified me and helped me with the correction! Talking with them was a great experience. They explained things when I had questions and they were incredibly kind. Their workmanship on the project was next level. I’m super happy and can’t wait for them to come back for the next project!

  We had the best experience with Mitri Brothers! Both our house roof and barn roof needed a full replacement. We were able to afford both with the help of a home equity loan and the help of the owner-Leila. From the start of the project we knew our exact costs, our timeline of payments- communication with the customer was impeccable. This company really takes pride in their company & workmanship! It really shows that they have the customers best interest at heart. During a final inspection of the roofs-one of the managers noticed some cracking along our chimney. The manager shared photos with me and suggested I speak with the owner Leila about the concerns. Leila had a quote for me that same day and the repairs were done the following day! It’s hard to find a company you can trust-I highly recommend Mitri Brothers. My husband and I were so thankful we followed through with this company-we now can rest assured that the work was done right, looks fabulous and from start to finish this company rocks!!!

  A Case Study in How Not to Run a Business This company has been an absolute nightmare to deal with from start to finish — inconsiderate, unprofessional, and shockingly careless in both attitude and workmanship. From day one, nothing was prepared. They scrambled to find the supplies we had already specified literally weeks prior — the same day our project was supposed to start. This level of disorganization set the tone for everything that followed. The assigned painter, Mike, rescheduled five separate times, often last minute. When we requested a different painter due to his repeated illness (especially concerning with a pregnant woman with an autoimmune disorder in the home), the owner flatly refused. That alone said everything about their priorities — convenience over basic consideration for clients. When the work was finally done, it was embarrassingly poor. Entire sections were missing a second coat, stain was blotchy and uneven across the railing, and several areas were simply missed altogether. The painter left behind a mess, damaged our carpet, and displayed zero professionalism. We asked them to come back and make it right — but the painter showed up with a terrible attitude and, unbelievably, had no idea how to fix his own mistakes. The splotchiness and missed areas remained because he quite literally didn’t know how to correct them. You can’t make this stuff up. To make matters worse, he spent over an hour every day sitting in our bathroom — and it was blatantly obvious he was high while on the job. Completely unprofessional and inappropriate. It took nearly two months to complete what should have been a simple stairway project — all due to their chaotic scheduling, lack of accountability, and half-hearted effort. To add insult to injury, they attempted to overcharge us more than three times the actual cost of supplies. When confronted with proof, they neither apologized nor corrected it promptly; it took weeks to resolve. This company operates with zero integrity, zero pride in their craft, and zero respect for their clients’ time or homes. If you value professionalism, communication, or quality results, do yourself a favor and hire someone else. We ultimately had to bring in a real professional to fix their mistakes — which says it all.
