  Extremely satisfied. Terrence & Chris were amazing. I noticed a bit of water damage in the attic drywall, figured the shoddy flashing the flippers put up was failing. Turns out I needed a new liner, as well as the flashing. The guys went above and beyond, explaining everything to me. I had a good feeling, they know what they're doing and they're doing it right. I approved the estimate and they were able to do all the work immediately. No surprises, they were polite, and they cleaned up after themselves. Reasonable cost as well. 100% recommend to others and will use Lehigh Valley Chimney for any and all my future chimney needs!

  I reached out to Lehigh Valley Chimney when our former chimney sweep retired. It was easy to book an inspection with Andrew and team, who were phenomenal! They identified that we experienced a slow burning chimney fire which damaged our liner and our wood burning insert. Andrew explained everything clearly and is incredibly knowledgable. The whole Lehigh Valley Chimney Team- from the schedulers, receptionists, technicians, and even the owner, Mike, who reached out several times- were stellar. They assisted and provided all necessary paperwork for an insurance claim and identified the model that would be the best replacement. Andrew, Nick and Chris worked overtime to ensure the insert, new chimney liner, and chimney cap were installed in less than one day and prior to the holidays. We are enjoying our fireplace again thanks to them! I highly recommend Lehigh Valley Chimney.

  Chris and Nick were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They took the time to explain throughly what was needed to restore our chimney. They showed us a real-time video of the current condition of the chimney and us with options on what a repair would entail and cost. The level of service for a no charge quote was amazing They kept us in the loop as they worked on the chimney. They showed pictures of the completed job and were very thorough in how to operate the new damper, Awesome job. I would definitely recommend this company

  I contacted the office after regular hours, and I got Mike on the phone who promptly responded. I found Mike to be helpful and kind. He scheduled the technicians to come and inspect my chimney the following Monday, after learning that my furnace was shutting off during a cold night. The temperature that night was below freezing. Also, the technicians, Andrew and Nick were very knowledgeable and efficient. They are an amazing team!! They replaced my chimney liner, and chimney cap. It was excellent work, even after seeing the original conditions of the chimney. I’m glad I contacted Lehigh Valley Chimney to serve my needs. Definite would recommend!

  Chris and Nick were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I initially called about a chimney cap but they found an alternative solution that was more affordable and overall made much more sense. They checked everything out, gave me a fair quote and returned on the appointed date to finish the job. Very nice and trustworthy guys, would absolutely use them again! They call prior to appointment date to remind you as well, and it’s always a person, never a robot. I love that! Overall, the process was easy, efficient, and hassle-free. 10/10 recommend!
