We had broken outside decorations lights that we couldn’t replace and we had to buy all new so they all match. We did let them know about the issue and we haven’t heard a word. It’s been a year. Not to mention the multiple nails in all our vehicle tires. They called just recently because it’s been a year and wanted to know if there was anything else that they could do for us, that’s when I mentioned about the issues and I was transferred just for them to tell me that they will report it to production and hung up on.me. They reported our issues a year ago. Thanks for the great customer service…
