  Patrick was very helpful during this service, no knowledgeable about what he was doing and what he was performing to the boiler plus gave me insight on something that I haven’t been keeping my eye on as much as I should overall great job looking to have him come back out and service my thermostat to get it back operating correctly from the last service Man that touched it.

  Dual Temp came in clutch, this winter. When another company wanted to rake us over the coals, even after an emergency visit the day before, DT came in and did it for half of what the other company wanted. I'm going to gobble knob for a moment, about the tech. I'm very appreciative of the tech, Edgar, that came in and did a stellar job. On-time with all the tools necessary. He was knowledgeable, professional, personable and willing to explain what he was doing (as he was doing it). If all the techs at DT are like him, I'd trust every one. Their magnet will stay on my fridge.

  I had an emergency call after hours. They were very quick to get someone out to me. It was getting cold quickly in the house with the kids. I explained the burn smell coming from the vents and they were quick to send David. He got to work right away, had some light conversations on newyears eve. Answered all questions I had and well the price is the price, and he confirmed our moter for the blower but ed up. They will definitely be my go to if I need to again.

  i called them to diagnose why my heat pump was not giving warm air. patrick came and I paid him 140 to diagnose it. He was not able to do a full diagnostic without filling it with refrigerant and said it was too late in the day. we agreed that he came on Christmas eve morning to do the job and I agreed to the amount: on the morning of the job he did not show up- they did send a text i did not see that asked me to sign the quote- something 99.99 percent of the companies do in the spot. So they bailed on me on christmas eve and i had to cancel my guests on Christmas eve because this company did not care to keep their commitment. I already paid them for the diagnostic visit and we agreed on the price and time. Patrick really mislead me and disappointed in the biggest way you can disappoint. not only that the rile hourly rates are super inflated- they charge 150 / hour while comparable companies charge 90/ hours for the same, but they did not keep up their engagement we agreed at 4-5 pm the day before. I do not recommend this company and I will file a small claims for damages because if my cancelled guests and embarrassment big inconvenience Patrick and this company caused me. Do not recommend them. Look elsewhere! Also they will have you talk to their digital assistant for scheduling!!!

  Joe and his team, David and Edgar and Chase, did an outstanding job on our recent boiler install. They were courteous, diligent, and professional. I liked knowing they were on their way, and I could even track them if I wanted to. The issues, because there’s always issues, especially with my house, were dealt with fast and efficiently. I told David at the end when I thanked him that they did everything I’d expect. Unfortunately, it’s a new world and courtesy, mutual respect, diligent work ethic, etc is just not common practice anymore. Thanks for a great job!!
