- LJLou James6 days ago5.0Patrick was my service technician today. This was my first experience with dual temp at my home. He cleaned the oil furnace and also my mini split system. Everything went well. He arrived on time explained what he was going to be doing. He also explained a minor issue.I have with my furnace, which he was able to correct and will keep an eye on the next time he comes out. I am very pleased with the service! Highly recommend the company and their technicians.

Both were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. Kim in the office was also very kind. There was zero guess work in every a step! A new tank was installed the same day as the diagnosis at exactly the price we were quoted. Thank guys!

From the first call to them sending out a tech to review the job, coordinating the necessary parts and working with other contractors on site, it was pure professionalism. Dual Temp is run like an engineering firm, definitely not your typical contractor. The team, David and Sean, that completed the project, were respectful of our house, did excellent work in a much shorter timeframe than expected and to my surprise, cleaned up the work site nicer than how they found it. I give them a 6, but only goes to 5
