  I can't say enough good things about Anthony from Bright State Energy. I had several company's out to my house and several lidar reports run but none of them would answer my questions without paying for a site survey. I actually started with another company but they changed the design from what I wanted and wouldn't warrant the things they said they would. Anthony came out and answered all of my questions and designed the system exactly as we worked out together. Every step of the way was explained and he helped through the entire process including getting the SREC's and PECO rebate. We both talked tech about various new features of the Enphase system and between the time I signed on and installation new versions came out and we were able to implement a new feature called Load Control so that my A/C compressor can be shutdown if I wish when power goes out so I don't run the batteries down as fast. We spent time testing it out and moving circuits around so that I could be sure the heater would still work on gas even though the hybrid heat pump gets shut off. This is pretty slick. So happy Anthony worked this all out with me.

  The team was professional and the install happened in a day. Things seem to be working well and we have reduced our energy bill! The Ap shows us what energy we are producing, consuming, import and exporting. Now they are helping me get my tax rebate.

  I wanted to add solar to my home this year and bright state was extremely upfront and honest with me about what could be done and could not be done in certain areas of my roof as well as why they would or would not possibly work for my situation. They took the time to ask me what I was looking for from the solar and had many solutions for me. I looked at other companies and they were more than happy to put things in places that they should not just to make a sale. I was treated with the utmost respect and actually educated on everything before making a decision, which is extremely important to me. I have also had neighbors reach out to me to ask who did my work, and I was more than happy to recommend bright state.

  very professional, knowledgeable, most importantly keeps you up to date on what's happening from beginning to end by always being available whenever you have any questions or concerns about the process and would even physically be with you at your home for whatever appointment that arises about solar to help assist with what's taken place
