  Not one to leave bad reviews but they deserve it . Bought a Bobcat L28 Small articulating loader. Love the machine not a fan of Bestline . Was comparing it to another brand and decided to go with bobcat because i figured getting parts for it would be easier since bobcat is a big company around our area and made within the same country so should be relatively easy. Salesman was good going through the deal but everything changed soon as i took delivery of the machine in mid march . Machine was supposed to come with biggest tire option available was in the purchase order told me they were on back order ended up going back and forth the salesman for 3 months sometimes wouldn’t take my call or answer my texts For days or weeks on end . Finally got the tires in mid may . Ask the salesman for quotes on attachments many times via text and call kept blowing me off ended up taking my business to small family owned company that was amazing. We bent a rim doing snow removal with it During the weekend between Christmas and new years called first thing monday the 29th spoke to a gentleman with parts department said that the warehouse is closed between Christmas new years doesn’t have an eta for a new rim or a price . Wow quite concerning for being a company that provides equipment for snow removal to be closed for part in a busy part of the for snow removal operations. Today is January 15 still have no idea when the rim is coming . Says they just got a delivery this morning i will call you once we open everything to see if it’s here. I have consulted with multiple friends of mine that do business with them and we all agree dealer support is nonexistent with Bestline . Do you self a favor consider other brands not sold by Bestline when buying equipment going forward as will be myself and see what the dealers have to offer.
