We saw that Ace now provided service and decided to try them. We were pleasantly surprised! Our serviceman was Matthew Padula, he was on-time, very personable, professional and informative. We will absolutely use Ace again to service our system!
- BFBob FieldsApr 20, 20264.0He was quick to diagnose that our system was completely out of refrigerant. He presented three options: 1. Fill it up with the expectation that it would probably be needed again next year. He later provided us with an estimate of $867 to do this. 2. Attempt to track down and fix the leak and hope that will fix the problem. 3. Replace the system (AC and maybe the Heat also). Our system is 12 yrs old. He scheduled a follow up to discuss options and pricing. Overall very businesslike.

I have called back three times to find out where the guy was and when he was coming it’s 1038pm still no technician this is bad business and would not recommend just based off them lying about a technician coming … I will be bringing my business elsewhere!

- RPRichard PetkusApr 13, 20265.0Scheduled AC maintenance for our system. Chris arrived early, wore protective shoe covers. And did a therow cleaning of our AC system. We bought the house 2 years ago. This was our first service, and I doubt the previous owner had it cleaned for a while. Chris worked on it for almost 2 hours. I could see the dirt coming out of different areas. He checked the pressures in the enclosed part of the system and generated a written report. They try to sell you a long term maintenance contract. Dont know if its worth it.
