Applying latex paint over an oil-painted surface is feasible with proper preparation. Adequate surface preparation and sanding allow high-quality latex paint to adhere well. However, it's important to note that the reverse process - applying oil paint over latex - is not recommended.

Our pricing is based on an hourly labor rate plus the cost of materials. The total cost can vary significantly depending on the project's size and complexity. We provide detailed estimates to ensure transparency in our pricing structure.
