- RGRafael GuerreroAug 20, 20221.0Worst experience ever. Cement truck was dumping concrete in my front entrance to mix the color. Splashed all my cars with cement. Left a mess. Called the owner to let them know what was happening. All for an “oh well”. After I spent almost $7K. Ridiculous. (The pour was supposed to be in the back yard) they left my drive way a mess. And then supposedly picked it up to only dump it on the other side. I would like to edit this post and say that the actual owner Brian reached out to me and completed a detail on my car. After going back and forth with the employees. He took care of the matter by sending his employees to clean up the mess and detailed my car. Thank you Brian!

The pump guy drove out to check the location and make sure they could fit the truck in. Shook hands hands and says yes the location looks great see you next Thursday. On Thursday they did a no show. Called and asked where they were they said they doubled book my appt and would not be coming. Then asked me why did i not call in the moring and reconfirm the appt. When i set an appt. Its set. I should not need to call and make sure they got there appt book not overbooked. Very unprofessional. The customer should never be blamed for lack of organization on the company's end. I took the day off of work and had all my forms sprayed wa waiting on the site easy to go with an extra paid hand. I would definitely choose a different company if you want the job done.
