A visit to our home was scheduled for later that same week to which Matt arrived right on time. To my great embarrassment, however, the offending odor had mysteriously vanished by the time he got here. I apologized to Matt for potentially wasting his time. Unfazed, he went ahead and inspected the system anyway, just to make sure there weren’t any underlying issues that may cause the stink (or something worse) to recur in the future. He found nothing wrong and reported that no repairs were necessary. Not only did he decline my offer to pay him anything for his time, he stayed behind for several more minutes to patiently answer whatever questions we had. Needless to say, we were blown away by this level of customer service that is increasingly rare nowadays. Sunstone HVAC just made a customer for life!
