I went in and said I want to build a 4×7 deck. I am not sure what all i need. The lady behind the counter said I don't have time to figure out what all you need, comeback with a material list and I can price it out for you. How can someone do that if they don't know what they need. I thought they would help me figure it out. We'll there was 3 people in the store including me. 2 were already waited on.
So I can see that they were really busy ( not ) so I will go see what kind of help I can get from home depot

They do not answer the phones, period. I hope you enjoy driving in and doing everything in person as even minor inquiries will require this. Even other Parr Lumber locations i spoke with was aware of this reputation.
