  These guys were quick, respectful, and open about their pricing and services that offered savings. From the first guy, Brandon who came to give us an estimate, to the last guys Kaleb and Jake we felt this company was easy to speak to and didn't feel any kind of disrespect. The first guy was actually about to take his shoes off to give me the estimate but I explained it was in the basement and he didn't need to do that (but the act itself was what left me impressed). The last guys actually covered their shoes as they were going to be all over the house, so again I was impressed. The technician himself, Tannyr and his helper Tom, were also respectful and thorough. Thanks a lot Sky Heating, I hope I don't have to call you all back but if I do I'm glad it's with a company like yours.

  Mario is the most AMAZING senior technician you have in this company. He knows EVERYTHING there is to know about all things heat pump. We have been limping along with mechanical issues since this new heat pump was installed 3yr ago. It would quit in the hottest week of summer and in the coldest week of winter. Mario knew EXACTLY what the REAL issue was- fixed it permanently- and hopefully we won't have any more $700 electricity bills because the heat pump has failed again (ouch). My advice to this company-- spend the $ and bring along apprentices EVERYWHERE Mario goes. He really needs to train the younger less experienced men on your maintenance team so better service can be provided to loyal customers. Now we have Mario's name, and will be ALWAYS asking for HIM! THANK YOU, MARIO!

  Torsen Humphrey did the six-month check on our heating/cooling system. Torsen is very friendly and willing to give us any information or help we need. He's been here before to do these checks and he's always personable and smart about his work. Couldn't ask for better.

  Every person we dealt with was kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Our old furnace caught fire on Christmas Eve morning, and thankfully we caught it before the house was seriously damaged. While the fire department was still doing their report, I called a company we had used for years across multiple homes—only to learn they had been acquired by Sky Heating, which initially made me a little nervous. Those concerns disappeared quickly. The woman who took my call was fantastic, and despite the holiday timing, they scheduled a diagnosis for Saturday morning. I assumed we’d be without heat for quite a while, but I was completely wrong. The repair cost on such an old unit didn’t make sense, and Jason from sales came out shortly after to walk us through new furnace options—on a Saturday, during the holidays. A couple of days later, Jake and John arrived for the full install and were absolutely outstanding: professional, efficient, and respectful of our home. From start to finish, Sky Heating and Cooling did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. We are incredibly grateful and highly recommend them.

  Our HVAC system was not operating properly, so we contacted Sky Heating to troubleshoot. Their technician, Mario, arrived right on time and did a thorough assessment. He showed us the problems and determined it was more cost effective to replace the 20-year old system than do repairs. Jason, their system specialist, came by that same day and presented different options. After comparing with other companies, we found Sky's pricing and equipment superior. Jason was able to schedule installation of the new system the next business day. The installers, Jake and Jim, showed up on time and completed the project that same day. They were very knowledgeable, skilled and did a fantastic job. These guys are awesome! We also had a potential plumbing issue, which David from their plumbing division quickly resolved. We are extremely pleased with Sky Heating and their entire staff. We strongly recommend them.
