Their customer service responses and response time are definitely five star. They have been instrumental in the fact that I should be able to close my house early next week. I can’t thank them enough, and your company for helping me resolve all my electrical issues that were found during the inspection. That involved crawling under our old house into a very narrow and filthy space to repair faulty workmanship from a prior contractor. He was extremely friendly, efficient and thorough in his explanation of the issued. I am pleased we used Sky and highly recommend them. Janine Dunphy
- RMRick MyersNov 7, 20255.0Just want to give a BIG shout out to Sky Heating's techs Earl Payne and Mikiah Sully---this was NOT a simple remove and replace job...both AC and gas Furnace were 30 yrs old..the space was very limited...technology has improved in 30 yrs and equipment is larger in size...these 2 techs came in, assessed the job, and without a studder started right in...very happy with the workmanship, professionalism, and overall performance of the techs...hopefully the equipment installed matches the installers integrity...Big thumbs up to these 2 guys and to sky Heating and all the reps who put up with my endless barrage of questions throughout the negotiations...Don't want to forget about Tina Aliff she ABSOLUTELY went above and beyond in helping me with PRICING and WARRANTIES---Don't be shy---CALL SKY... heating and air-conditioning...
