  Lindsey needs to get fired ASAP! She is RUDE I scheduled a time for delivery for today Saturday between 7AM-9AM and was left waiting? No call? So I called them and Lindsey said I had to call them the day of delivery? That's Grimms Fuels job. What was the point in scheduling a delivery? I explained I had a church event at 10-12 and said I would be available after. She said they needed a new number for me? She is incompetent and dropped the ball and had the nerve to get mad and hangup on me? I am a customer regardless if Community Action paid. I have options for other venders who are Professional! Good luck on sales! Community Action will no longer do business if this is how they treat customers.

  Bad service and a lot of lie to make profit off their product and end up charging customers more for what they paid for

  I have been going to Grimm's Fuel for as long as I can remember. Their staff is always professional, friendly and quick with their service! Prices are reasonable and the variety of the products they offer is better than any other facility around. Whether you are dropping off yard debris, or picking up loads of product, I couldn't recommend them more highly.
