So I called them and Lindsey said I had to call them the day of delivery? That's Grimms Fuels job. What was the point in scheduling a delivery? I explained I had a church event at 10-12 and said I would be available after. She said they needed a new number for me? She is incompetent and dropped the ball and had the nerve to get mad and hangup on me? I am a customer regardless if Community Action paid. I have options for other venders who are Professional! Good luck on sales! Community Action will no longer do business if this is how they treat customers.
