  Flannery’s drop box has gone above and beyond my expectations. They have in crunch time made deliveries happen with very little heads up. They have great drivers who communicate well with box placement and really care about doing a great job. Robert in dispatch has especially taken great care of me as a customer and earned my repeated business. If you need drop box rentals or service as a homeowner or a contractor I highly recommend Flannery’s drop box in Portland, OR.

  This is a great legit business. They were able to have a drop box to us the day of our project (we asked very last minute and desperate). The guys are professional and did fantastic. We have a very narrow driveway between our house and the fence and they navigated it so well. We were so relieved to not have to deal with all the dirt from our house reno project ourselves! Highly recommend.

  I was told the box would be here between 10 AM and noon. By 2pm it hadn't arrived, so I called and was told it should be here by 4. It finally arrived around 4:30 and all the driver had to say is he wants my neighbor to move his car when he comes back so the turn is easier. No apology or explanation so far from anyone for being 4 1/2 hours late, just a complaint about where my neighbor has his car parked all the time. They were to pick it up Friday, but Friday came and went, so Saturday I called - the website says "we accept calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week" - and I got a message saying their voicemail box is full. Monday morning I called and was told they would come get it today. Again, no apology for leaving this thing parked in my driveway over the weekend, no explanation, no courtesy of any kind. It's now Monday evening and this thing is still in my driveway full of all the junk I paid to have hailed off last Friday! Unbelievably crappy customer service, and as far as I'm concerned they are totally unreliable. It's as if they have no competition, but next time I need a dumpster, and there will be a next time, I am definitely not calling Flannery's.
