He provided useful information for me to make the decision about the heater capacity, warranty etc. The turn around was quick within 3 days, got an installation appointment. Devin Lux and his teammate came over, they were courteous and professional to answer all the questions and explain more about the installation process, the unit & its maintenance, warranty details etc.

We reached out Thursday night and had a call with a real person early Friday morning. We were given our options of water heaters and given time to decide it we wanted a technician to come out to confirm our situation and verify out installation would meet current code. We decided to proceed with the install of a new water heater. Be early Friday afternoon, the install was completed and we again had hot water in the house. The technicians, Devin and Phil, were straight forward with their communication, careful and friendly. I would recommend Fast Water Heater Company.
