    5 days out from moving our water heater went into catastrophic meltdown and was leaking. Jose with Fast Water Heaters arrived about 90 minutes after we made phone contact. A couple of hours later, we were back in service. Very clean and professional installation.

    Fast Water Heater company was excellent. Our old water heater failed on Thursday evening. We reached out Thursday night and had a call with a real person early Friday morning. We were given our options of water heaters and given time to decide it we wanted a technician to come out to confirm our situation and verify out installation would meet current code. We decided to proceed with the install of a new water heater. Be early Friday afternoon, the install was completed and we again had hot water in the house. The technicians, Devin and Phil, were straight forward with their communication, careful and friendly. I would recommend Fast Water Heater Company.

    Got paperwork and was told that are payment included an inspection. Got one paper that stated we get papers in 2 weeks another one said wait 4-6weeks this was to get the information for us to call the inspector to come and inspect the work. After 7weeks not getting anything called and 2 days later got a text saying it was a minor label so 1 in 10 get inspected. But we paid for the inspection and paperwork does say we will get papers to set up inspection. So they want me to pay for another inspector to come out or to call the state where the minor label came from to check wth them. So they don’t take responsibility of what there paperwork states.
