  Devin Lux was our technician today. He repaired our hot water tank. He was on time, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the problem and how to fix it. He had the parts in his vehicle and was able to repair it quickly. We appreciate the fast and friendly service.

  Chris did a wonderful job with replacing my hot water heater fast and efficiently. My puppy got her mouth caught up in her crate because she was so excited to meet a new friend. He helped me get her out of the situation without any hesitation. I give him the highest approval that I can give. 100% satisfaction from me. Your in good hands with this company 🙌

  Quick, fast, friendly communications. Devin was very friendly and professional. We were having an older electric water heater replaced. Communication was good and he showed up on time did a great job with the install and was very knowledgeable about all things related. He answered all my questions and was very helpful with explaining the rundown of the new water heater. Price was great and took only a few hours to have the whole job complete. Highly recommending Devin and Fast Water Heater Company!

  Outstanding Job by both of the Employees at Fast Water Heater Company! I talked to Kyle on the phone right after my water heater tank had cracked. He very clearly explained the process of what I needed to do and what he would take care of. On my first free day he had scheduled a service for me. Josh was the technician who put in the new water heater. He called a half hour before arriving and was right on time. He quickly diagnosed a pressure problem with my main water pressure valve, replaced it and professionally installed the new water heater. He was personable and took time explain details of the install and also give advice on how to make my new water heater last longer.

  We tried to have our water heater repaired by one of the Other Big Guys, but the plumber who showed up to do the work was not licensed to replace the inlet line shutoff valve (not his fault - I had told the scheduler that I needed that done in addition to the water heater replacement and they assured me that whoever showed up would be able to do that as well, and that they would make a note). Anyway, after that guy had to leave without doing the work, I called Home Depot and WITHIN TWO HOURS, Jeff from Fast was already hard at work replacing our water heater. They don’t mess around! They had the right model water heater available, Jeff was licensed to replace the valve as well, they knew the difference between the water heater models for the different warranties (something the Other Guys had no clue about…) - everything was great. The only drawback is the EXTREME markup on component prices ($51 for a sharkbite fitting, really???) - but when you’ve been without hot water for a few days and there’s actually a guy there who can fix your problem, you just bite your tongue (and Fast doesn’t set the price, they told me - that’s a Home Depot issue).
