  Eric went above and beyond to get the corroded clean-out open to get this bid done! Very grateful for the prompt service and get it done attitude as we are in a time sensitive real estate transaction. Eric then went on to be very patient with both me, the realtor, and the seller who had many questions about the trickier job. A+, 10/10 service all around.

  I had two separate services performed by Apollo this week and continue to receive excellent service from them. Keith performed my free annual plumbing checkup and hot water heater flush, a perk in being a member of their club. He was fast and efficient, and very helpful in providing me guidance on potential issues to keep an eye on for the future. He also gave me tips and advice on easy fixes in the future I could do myself. Mac came out the next day to take a look at my broken kitchen faucet and was very friendly and helpful in providing me with options that meet my budget. The thing I appreciated most from them both was how they did not try to sell me something I did not need, and strived to provide me with the best and most friendly and economical service possible. I continue to recommend their services for the best quality and budget-friendly plumbing needs.

  Apollo plumbing helped us replace the original water heater that came with the house we purchased to a tankless water heater. It was a two day job and Zane, Brandon and Mike R. were the journeymen that came to install it. They did a fantastic job right down to the clean up! I will be using them in the future when we need to redo the piping for the house. Thank you again Apollo plumbing!

  Friendly, professional, punctual, but watch your wallet! I have a toilet in basement that has a sewage sump pump, which I suspected wasn't functioning. Apollo sent a tech to unplug a drain, that's not what I needed so they suggested I have the contaminated water pumped out prior to them sending a plumber, which I did. Apollo's plumber then assessed the problem and confirmed I need to replace the sewage pump. The estimate was $2,300.00! I asked the cost of the sewage pump, the plumber couldn't tell me, they just provide an overall estimate. I declined their estimate. I have no mechanical skills, but I can watch Youtube. I purchased high quality sewage pump for $490.00 and replaced the pump in about an hour. An hour with no experience & little knowledge. It appears Apollo charging me approximately $1,800.00 labor for a job that took about an hour seems unethical.

  KEENAN, THE HERO!! It was a cold Friday evening—time no one wants to be pulled out of private time even being on call. Unfortunately, that’s when our garbage disposal got out-of-control clogged. Keenan was the tech who would come help. He contacted us on his way, arrived as announced, then explained the procedure after diagnostics, AND fixed the problem as well as confirming it before leaving. The whole process was efficient, friendly, and smooth and we can’t be happier. I learned more about how the disposal works and I consider the cost of this plumbing work both a service and customer education as well. Thank you very much for taking care of our kitchen disposal with much welcoming attitude and pleasant service. We are keeping the brochure for future business as we found there are other services they offer, like HVAC, excavation, etc.
