  Have used them dozens of times and called again for a simple swap of two outdoor hose spigots to modern freeze proof versions. Was quoted $4,000 for what the tech admitted was 6 man hours of work. Absolutely insane and 2-3 x market prices. These guys act like they are owned by private equity company trying to increase their EBITDA. Very unprofessional and will never call them again.

  Jim was great! From his communication of when he would arrive, giving me plenty of notice to meet him there, through the service he provided. He was professional, clean, and thorough. He wore shoe covers, had towels, rags, and everything else you would need to fix a clogged drain quickly and cleanly. The tub was not installed to test the drain so he filled a bucket and used a funnel to test it. I was convinced that it was fixed after he filled the bucket and tested it twice but he decided to fill it a 3rd time and pour the water in even faster just to be sure. From the basics of what you would expect of someone providing this service to Jim doing that extra test, I was very satisfied with this service and will continue to use Apollo.

  I have to praise Project Manager Kevin Maddal is so kind, polite with good manner connect the downspout into the rain drain as Devin Pace forgot it after hydro jetting a few weeks ago. My appointment will be tomorrow and when I go out I see Apollo truck next by my house, he said just done the neighbor and do some paper work and will come out take a look in a minute, how nice he is!! Appreciate your kindness Kevin!!

  I had a leak on my water main which was PVC, and had these folks put in a new PEX line. The job was complicated with a lot going on (electrical, irrigation, telecom, and plumbing) in a small area. Jacob walked me through all my options considering my needs without rushing through and arranged for everything to start the next day despite it being Christmas week. Special shout out to Evan - who walked me through every step of the actual execution, was diligent in every detail, and skillfully executed the job. Well done!

  Water heater stopped working and showed 2 error codes. Tech was first out and after ~20 mins called to say they cleaned the filter and the options were $2900 & 2 weeks for a bandaid fix replacing the items that the error codes said had broke, $5500 for a similar $1150 water heater, $3500 for a worse water heater, or $9900 for a tankless. Tech also advised warranty was up after 6 years and it was 6 years so I should replace it now. I told tech to leave due to outrageous prices. Called warranty, it was for 10 years, cycled through the mode buttons while I was waiting, immediately cleared the errors and began producing hot water. Spent 3 hrs on calls with warranty mostly on hold for about 10 mins of actual talking where they talked me through the troubleshooting that a pro tech should have been able to do. Turned out to be a thermistor. The warranty company sent me the new part for free in 2 days and I replaced it myself in about 3 minutes start to finish. Tech provided bad advice, did not properly troubleshoot the unit or seem to even click the buttons as I stumbled into a temporary solution within seconds of looking at it myself, used high pressure sales tactics like trying to make me stay on the call and immediately sell me a “same day replacement”, and the Apollo prices were extremely high. Very poor experience despite good service with Apollo in the past.
